TaxPot is made by Cre-aTuv Media, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy explains how TaxPot handles your information.
The entries you add and the CSV bank statements you choose to import are processed only on your device to work out your tax estimate. Imported files are read once, and only the transactions you select are saved, inside TaxPot's private storage on your iPhone. TaxPot never connects to your bank.
Your data may be included in your iPhone's own iCloud or computer backups, which Apple manages under its own privacy policy. Deleting TaxPot, or using Settings › Clear all entries, removes the data from the app.
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple tells us only whether a purchase is active, so TaxPot can unlock Pro features.
TaxPot contains no third-party SDKs, advertising or analytics, and does not track you across apps or websites.
TaxPot is a finance tool for adults and is not directed at children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your data is under your control on your device. If you have a question about privacy, you can contact us and you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and the version in the app.
